"I recently purchased a Vespa and was referred to State Farm - Allen Sarafyan by the dealership. I called them and I worked with Emma Khachatryan. She was very friendly and very knowledgeable! I was with a different insurance company for my 2 vehicles and they didn’t insure motorcycles. She helped me switch both vehicles and add my Vespa to be on one policy with State Farm. The whole process was easy and seamless. She explained every part of my new policy and I felt very comfortable working with Emma. When I have questions about the app or need some clarification on my policy, I can call the office and speak to anyone and they’re all so helpful and patient.
